Departure in the morning around 8:00 a.m. from your resort. You'll board a boat equipped with a wooden sunroof for sunbathing, masks and fins, life jackets, and a glass bottom. You'll arrive at the Watamu Marine Park, where you can snorkel the reef. After leaving the marine park, we'll head to Mida Creek, a nature reserve with mangrove trees and rope bridges. You'll often encounter storks, herons, and flamingos. Lunch will be served on Waka Waka Island, in the center of Mida Creek, and includes lobster, grilled fish, shrimp, coconut rice with octopus sauce, fruit, and drinks. A meat- or vegetarian-based lunch is available upon request. After lunch and relaxation, the Giriama tribe will perform a show of traditional local dances. Return to your resort in the late afternoon.
